The strategy that Great American uses in the market place dove tails perfectly with the QRP technology for supplying competitive repair parts quotes. Adjusters from Great American plan to make heavy use of the web based inventory searches and the ability that the QRP program has for tracking the activity of replacing new parts with used parts. This is all about saving money and getting a better repair for the customer's vehicle. Great American Insurance produces significant numbers of successful repairs every month. However, they are not always happy with the utilization of used parts on those repairs. The QRP program will be the first time that Great American has had the ability to carefully monitor the progress that they hope to make on increasing both customer satisfaction and the quality of the repair. Using higher quality used parts from the QRP facilities is certainly the first step in reaching this goal.
